hannahHANNAH B., RYT500: I was led to yoga as a way of recovering from multiple surgeries after repeated spontaneous pneumothoraces (collapsed lungs) and was told the breath work in yoga would help strengthen them. As my breath was restored, I realized I was experiencing repair in other areas, too. I became more resilient to stress and depression, and there was a sense of healing unresolved trauma. The strength of my mind, my heart and my relationship with myself all improved. I love offering the practices that were gifted to me that fueled my healing. Embodied Being: Healing Through Yoga

Embodied Being is a mellow class designed for those on their healing journey. Experience gentle movement and mindful breath as you embody and embolden your healing. No experience necessary. All are welcome. Drop-ins welcome —no need to call ahead to reserve your spot. Thanks for helping us spread the good word.
