hannahHANNAH BIAS, RYT500: I was led to yoga as a way of recovering from multiple surgeries after repeated spontaneous pneumothoraces (collapsed lungs) and was told the breath work in yoga would help strengthen them. As my breath was restored, I realized I was experiencing repair in other areas, too. I became more resilient to stress and depression, and there was a sense of healing unresolved trauma. The strength of my mind, my heart and my relationship with myself all improved. I love offering the practices that were gifted to me that fueled my healing. Embodied Being: Yoga for Healing Trauma
Wednesdays, 7:15 – 8:15 pm, Starting August 29

This yoga class is designed for those healing from acute or chronic trauma. Experience gentle movement and mindful breath as you embody and embolden your healing. No experience necessary. All are welcome. Drop-ins welcome—no need to call ahead to reserve a spot.

CLASS FEES: $10 drop-in, $5 for veterans
