Leviticus McDonald is a native of Reno, Nevada, where he teaches the tools necessary to reconnect with nature, each other, and ourselves. He spent his early twenties reading yogic texts, traveling to see pyramids and temples, researching chemistry, and following his curiosity on a whim. Then he found another Wim! The Wim Hof Method has answered many of his questions, and the seeker has become the finder! Excited to spread the love, truth, and happiness of the Method, Leviticus is eager to teach and is always game to discuss the nature of philosophy.

Basic Wim Hof Method Breathing:
Breathing is the easiest and most instrumental part of the autonomic nervous system to control and navigate. In fact, the way you breathe strongly affects the chemical and physiological activities in your body. Throughout the years, Wim Hof has developed special breathing exertions that keep his body in optimal condition and in complete control in the most extreme circumstances. The breathing technique is first and foremost premised on inhaling deeply and exhaling without any use of force.
This class is an hour’s worth of experience featuring a brief introduction to the science behind the breathing of the Wim Hof Method, followed by a cozy dive into the breathwork. We will then have an opportunity to discuss our experiences.
WHM Power/DMT Breathing
This class is considered an advance technique for those who are very comfortable with breathwork.
