“Having severe scoliosis (curvature of the spine) I started practicing Iyengar Yoga with Suzanne when she offered a Back Care class, as well as other specific spinal workshops.
Her extensive training, knowledge and background was evident from the first class. The enthusiasm she brings and personalized attention to modify is refreshing. She integrates a deep awareness of our individual anatomies that creates that much needed space and length in my compromised skeletal structure.
Suzanne’s classes and her approach balance nicely to Katie’s classes for me. I have found that both of these instructors bring a depth of knowledge by using props and are able to open up and release tension and stress.” –Sally Vulich
