Intro to Meditation Series

Join Russell Persson for a 4-week introduction to meditation. We’ll be focusing on four different kinds of meditation techniques: Mindfulness or Insight meditation; Concentration meditation; Metta or Loving-kindness meditation; Somatic or Body Awareness meditation. Each class will begin with a brief introduction and instruction on that week’s topic, followed by guided meditation, walking meditation (if time permits), and discussion.
