Monthly Restorative Yoga

Slow down, unwind, and release tension in this gentle but deep practice. Lee Ann will guide you through Restorative Yoga poses with the comfort and support of props.  The practice is designed to regulate the nervous system through gentle stretching postures, breathing techniques and guided meditation. This is an antidote to your stressful daily life.

No yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.

If participating online, the following props will be helpful to have on hand: Bolster, 2 Blankets, 2 Blocks, Strap, 2 Therapy Balls (or Tennis Balls), and a sock to put the balls in.

CLASS FEE:
Drop-in sliding scale: $15 – $25
5 classes for $80 (must be used in 90 days), 10 classes for $140 (must be used in 90 days)
(5 and 10 class passes can also be used for Lee Ann’s Tuesday/Thursday Mindful Yoga Essentials classes. Learn more.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Lee Ann Maynard  E-RYT 500 YACEP

Lee Ann started practicing yoga over 25 years ago as a way to feel strong emotionally and physically while coping with anxiety, depression and a spine injury.

She began her yoga teacher training in 2012 (E-RYT 500) and has taught over 4,000 hours since then. In 2024 she completed a Traditional Chinese Medicine Yoga Course with Tiffany Cruikshank at Yoga Medicine.

Lee Ann incorporates mindfulness themes every month into the practices of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and meditation . Her classes are accessible to all skill levels and she strives to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported and safe.
