Join Katie for a slow and luxurious Sunday morning yoga practice that will leave you feeling both energized and restored. The first half of the practice will include long-held floor postures and myofascial release (self massage) techniques to slowly warm and prepare the body and mind for deeper opening and exploration. The second half of the practice is gently active. The morning will conclude with guided breath-work and quiet meditation.
