Join us for a special fall series of Qoya. Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild, and free. Through yoga, dance, and feminine movement, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies. All bodies are welcome and there is no way to do Qoya wrong.

Each class will have a different theme and will help you reconnect with your:

  • innate wisdom and intuition
  • instinctual and expressive nature
  • freedom of self-expression

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a yoga mat and water.

WHEN: 4:00 p.m.- 5:15 p.m on three Sundays in September (the 11th, 18th, and 25th).
