This is a sacred pause a space to come back into the body, to settle the nervous system, and to remember the pace your body was designed for.

Through restorative yoga, infused with sound bath, and simple supportive wellness tools, we’ll create the conditions for regulation, restoration, and reconnection.

Not by fixing.
Not by forcing.
But by calming the nervous system.

When the nervous system feels safe, the body knows what to do.

This experience is rooted in both science and the sacred.

You’ll be guided through:

Gentle, restorative yoga infused with a calming sound blessing to reset the nervous system and a brief introduction to simple supportive wellness tools.

This is not a class to master or complete. It’s a remembering.

This gathering is for you if:

Audrey Villanueva, CYT-200, is an integrative yoga coach, earth lover, and community builder. Trained at White Lotus Foundation, she weaves restorative flow, breath, and sound healing. A Generational Healing® practitioner with Ayurvedic training and studies through Dr. Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, she creates grounded, heart-centered experiences that support whole-person wellbeing.
