A wandering mind is often seen as the obstacle to meditation.  But in many cases, it is pain or discomfort in our bodies that keeps us from going deeper.

This training allows you to release muscle tension through your back, neck, shoulders, and hips, to allow your body to settle into a place of supportive ease.  A centered and still mind can follow very naturally.

Our focus will primarily be on the body, with a brief meditation period.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Linda Eisenman has studied meditation and yoga for over 30 years, and in 2020 studied Hanna Somatics through the Novato Institute. She is endlessly fascinated with the movement of the human body. Her goal is to see mature adults regain the joy and freedom of their natural bodies.
