Jen is visiting from Virginia, and is so excited to host a sound healing for the Reno community! Working with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, vocals and more… Jen will support you in slowing down and finding calm and peace within yourself. The sound healing instruments she uses work with your chakras (energy centers), helping to move a lot of energy quickly, clear any blockages, and help you release anything you’ve been holding onto that is no longer serving you. This will be a powerful healing experience!

ABOUT JEN HADDIX:
Jen is a certified sound healer, reiki practitioner, 200 RYT yoga teacher, vocalist, and intuitive guide. Having done a lot of healing work on herself over the years, she’s come to believe that all of the answers and healing we need are already within us, we just need to find the tools to help us access it. One of the most soothing and powerful tools we can use for our healing and evolution is the vibration of sound. She is here to guide you through a sound journey, hold space for you as you soften, drop into your heart, and see what your body and spirit have to tell you.
