This is a complete yoga practice, beginning with yoga breathing, moving through the poses, and ending with a deep relaxation, a total of 49 minutes. It includes reclining poses for the floor or your bed, seated or standing poses, inverted postures, and breathing and relaxation techniques. All are presented with modifications for the physical limitations associated with scleroderma and all can be done while sitting on the edge of or lying on a bed.
