KUNDALINI is a complete yoga practice that creates transformation and establishes an aligned relationship between the body, mind and the soul. Kundalini Yoga facilitates the flow of pranic and spiritual energy, in particular along the spinal energy channels and through the chakras. The use of pranayama, asana, mantra and meditation in class combats the maladies of modern living, helps reduce stress, removes negativity and eliminates depression. Kundalini Yoga's purpose is to extend your awareness in your consciousness so you can have this foundation in experience and a base in positive habits. Then you can smoothly plan your life to any extent you like. The power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual experience. It goes right to your heart and extends your consciousness so you may have a wider horizon of grace and of knowing the truth. Ultimately you come to understand your existence in relationship to the Universe and understand you already are, and this brings you to the practical experience of Infinity. You can then radiate creativity and Infinity in all aspects of your daily life. Activate your glandular system, strengthen nervous system, balance emotion and calm mind all at the same time. Connect to your inner being, open your heart and experience levels of self-love, peace and joy like you have never experienced before....

YIN YOGA helps to stretch/remodel the fascia of our bodies and thus prevents loss of range of motion of our joints. The longer held postures of Yin yoga can also aid in remodeling collagen in scar tissues and directly stimulate the energetic meridians of our body, thereby helping to balance the function of our internal organs. And last but not least, the practice of Yin yoga reduces or eliminates post exercise soreness. If you wish to increase the flexibility of your body, improve your body posture or recover range of motion lost due to an injury, aging or sedentary life style, incorporate Yin practice into your weekly schedule and join us on Tuesday evenings.
