Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Human Development and a lifelong commitment to self-discovery, Wanda possesses a deep understanding of human dynamics, mental health, and the pursuit of inner peace.

As a Yoga Alliance RYT200 ® teacher, Wanda guides students through therapeutic yoga sessions that cultivate strength, balance, and flexibility. Integrating asanas, meditation, and breathwork, she empowers individuals to release tension, quiet the mind, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Furthermore, as a Certified Yoga Life Coach, Wanda blends the wisdom of yoga with traditional coaching principles to help clients achieve greater balance and harmony. Her approach emphasizes the profound connection between mind and body, fostering personal growth, stress management, and a holistic sense of well-being.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Hatha Chair Yoga, Tuesdays, 4 – 5 pm (Begins July 1, 2025)

Experience the calming and strengthening effects of Hatha Chair Yoga, designed for accessibility. These classes blend asanas, meditation, and breathwork, fostering strength, balance, and flexibility. Gentle movements and chair support make it ideal for seniors, beginners, and those with limited mobility, promoting a calm mind and enhanced wellness. Restorative Yoga, Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm (Begins July 1, 2025)

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses props like blankets, blocks and bolsters to fully support the body in gentle poses held for longer periods. It encourages the release of tension, calms the nervous system, and promotes a sense of deep rest and rejuvenation. Discover a practice of passive opening and mindful stillness, skillfully guided by Wanda La Russa, a Yoga Alliance RYT200 ® teacher.

CLASS FEES: $15 drop-in

PAYMENT OPTIONS: While cash is preferred, I also accept major credit cards (in-person).  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to complete the payment and registration process.
