REGISTERING FOR CLASSES:
 Drop-ins are welcome in most classes, others require pre-registration. Please see individual listing below to determine if you should contact the teacher in advance. Teacher contact information is listed next to the class, you can click on the teacher’s name to learn more about them, their class, and their fee scale.

CLASS RATES: Students pay class fees directly to the teacher and the teacher sets their own fee. Click on the teacher’s name next to their class listing to find their fee. 

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Click on the teacher’s name to read a description of their class.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING YOGA CLASSES AT THE YOGA CENTER RENO: Please wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your breath. Avoid eating a large meal immediately prior to class, a light snack or piece of fruit is fine. As a courtesy to other students please turn off cell phones, or if you are on call please set to vibrate. Please do not wear perfume or scented lotions. Props, blankets, and mats are provided or you may bring your own. Our facility is wheelchair accessible with ADA bathrooms. Vaccinations are recommended, masks are optional but remain recommended during times of high community transmission and for immunocompromised individuals and those living or working with this population. In consideration of others, if you are ill, test positive for Covid, or are simply not feeling well, please register for the online option until you test negative and/or feel well again.
