Kelli Campbell likes to share and teach the physical and alignment aspects of the practice and strongly believes that yoga is as much about the poses (asanas) as it is about mindfulness and the breath.  After practicing and studying yoga for numerous years, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Kimberlee Orenstein. She credits many of her teachers, Katie Louvat, Ada Lusardi, Kimberly Allcock, and Denise Barclay for her expanded education in Chakras, Buddha Dharma and Anatomy. Additionally Kelli has CE credits in the following:

  • Aging with Balance Through Yoga, Fall Prevention, Balance Training and Transfers;
  • Chair Yoga;
  • Prenatal Yoga Applications; and,
  • Trauma Informed Yoga.

Double majoring in Dance and Legal Studies Kelli went on to use both simultaneously calling it the balance between her practical and passionate sides. She taught dance to children and adults at Nevada Festival Ballet (Reno) and served as Rehearsal Mistress for Nevada Dance Theater (Las Vegas) for local performances. Kelli trained as a Pilates Instructor (Polestar Education) and taught Pilates Mat (NFB) and Pilates Reformer with Kinetics in Reno. She served on a Foundation for over 20 years as Secretary Treasure for the betterment of Juveniles and has worked for local law firms and an economist as a Legal Assistant.

Kelli believes Yoga to be a wonderful anecdote to daily stress and especially in the trying times we are living.  She believes yoga can be a thread in uniting us back to ourselves and to each other. She loves teaching and sharing in a light and playful way and hopes you’ll join her!

TESTIMONIALS:

“Kelli Campbell’s love and  knowledge of yoga is  unsurpassable. Her background in dance only helped her understand the body and movements. I have taken a lot of yoga classes in the past and have never had anyone so passionate.”

“I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy Kelli’s yoga class. I have been taking yoga for many years and recently starting coming to your yoga studio. I find Kelli to be one of the best yoga instructors that I have had. Her instructions are clear, she has a very pleasant voice and tone. She provides me with clear directives to correct my positioning. I prefer to attend in person classes and find your studio very calming and delightful….It is my understanding that she recently completed additional certification to add to her yoga resume. Good for her! A good teacher always tries to improve and broadens one’s skills. I commend Kelli on that. You are very fortunate to have Kelli at your studio. Her students benefit from her expertise and competent instructions. Thank you very much.”  —Kathy J
