Monica Limon
Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (AYT, E-RYT500, YACEP)
Monica is passionate about guiding others on their healing journeys through the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. Her path began in 2010 during her first Yoga Teacher Training, where she discovered the profound connection between Ayurveda’s holistic approach to health and Yoga’s ability to heal the mind. Seeking balance in her own life, she worked with Ayurvedic practitioners to align her dosha, integrate herbal remedies, and embrace daily self-care rituals like Abhyanga (self-massage). What started as a personal journey soon became a lifelong path of learning and teaching. As a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda, Monica dedicates her time to empower others to cultivate vitality, balance, and deep self-awareness through Ayurveda, Yoga, and intentional living.
