Perfect for yoga teachers, students, and wellness enthusiasts. 6CEU* hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) – *must attend all 3 classes.

Ayurveda and Yoga work together to strengthen the gut-brain connection—a vital link that influences digestion, mood, immunity, and mental clarity. This series blends therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wisdom to:

• Balance the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) through tailored movement and breath practices
• Activate the nervous system’s rest-and-digest response to ease stress and promote digestion
• Support detoxification and digestive health with specific postures and self-care rituals
• Enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being through mindfulness and meditation
• Explore holistic therapies like Abhyanga massage, sense therapies, and Ayurvedic remedies

Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you restore inner balance, boost vitality, and cultivate long-term well-being:

Class One (10/18):
• Intro to Ayurveda + Dosha Quiz – Understand your unique constitution and how it influences your health.
• Vata Yoga Therapy – Grounding practices to calm the nervous system and ease anxiety.

Class Two (10/25):
• Kapha Yoga Therapy – Energizing flows to boost digestion and uplift the mind.
• Pitta Yoga Therapy – Cooling postures and breathwork to soothe inflammation and release stress.

Class Three (11/1):
• Holistic Therapies – Explore Ayurvedic remedies, sense therapies, daily routines (Dinacharya), and diet/nutrition for optimal gut and brain health.
