Mindfulness for Queers is a safe and evolving space for queers to come together to study, practice, and learn mindfulness together. Aenora Tawaji (they/them), will host journeys through meditation and slow movement practices. Through these experiences participants gain a deeper understanding supported by the cultivation of compassion, kindness, and healing.Participants will leave feeling more deeply connected to the world around them, empowered with tools to better navigate their experience with compassion, grace and kindness.

About the instructor:
Aenora Tawaji (they/them) has practiced and studied various yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices over the last 15 years. Through the cultivation of these practices, Aenora has nourished a body, mind and heart capable of holding a safe and healing space. Their intention as host of these spaces is to support participants in cultivating a deeper relationship to their experience and imbue their navigation with compassion and kindness. Participants will leave with an embodied experience of mindfulness and accessible ways to apply it in their daily lives.
