Enjoy an afternoon escape to channel your inner calm and recharge your mind and body.  During this monthly practice you will be guided through breath-work, gentle stretching, yoga nidra and quiet relaxation.  All are welcomed.

These Channel Calm Workshops are perfect for health-conscious individuals who are looking to relax, center, and calm.  

You can be near or far.  If local, you have the option to join in-person at the studio, where you will have access to a wide array of props to truly personalize your relaxation experience.  If you are from out of the immediate area, no worries, you can join us online.  All you need is Zoom and a comfortable place to relax.

All sessions will be held the first Saturday of the month from 12pm – 1:00pm (pst).

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

headshot christina bChristina Baggott has been an active yoga teacher for over ten years.  For Christina, yoga is a state of mind in which the entire body can relax and release to the transparency of the universe. She uses her practice to inspire others by encouraging mindful approaches that can enhance inner peace and happiness.

Christina is a RYT500, E-200, and YACEP. She received her 200 yoga certification at the International Sivananda Centre in Val Morin Canada and her 300 yoga certification at Yogamu/Bhakti Yogshala, Rishikesh, India.  Her niche practice includes Trauma Informed, Chair Yoga, The Neuroscience Connection, Yoga Nidra and Kids Yoga. Christina’s yoga projects include teaching yoga for victims and survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence (NYC), teaching yoga for senior refugees (Portland, ME) and developing an after school youth yoga program (Lewiston, ME).
