Join Rose Ramirez and Jen Haddix for a healing sound bath where you will also be guided through restorative yoga postures and receive massage!
The Yomassage experience is a small group class that combines breath-work and a guided mindfulness meditation with restorative postures. All while receiving hands-on massage therapy, and during a powerful sound bath.
For the sound bath, Jen will vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, harmonium, and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set.
About the event hosts:
Rose Ramirez is the owner of Rare Beauty Wellness in Reno, NV. She opened her studio in March of 2020 during a very difficult time in our world. Despite all the challenges, she was quickly blessed with a loyal client base and a beautiful studio downtown where she continues to live out her dream practicing an essential healing art. She is an intuitive Massage Therapist who deeply cares about helping her clients. She is also a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Yomassage Therapist, Certified Sound Healer and Reiki Master.
Jen Haddix is a certified sound healer, reiki practitioner, 200 RYT yoga teacher, vocalist, and intuitive guide. Having done a lot of healing work on herself over the years, she’s come to believe that all of the answers and healing we need are already within us, we just need to find the tools to help us access it. One of the most soothing and powerful tools we can use for our healing and evolution is the vibration of sound. She is here to guide you through a sound journey, hold space for you as you soften, drop into your heart, and see what your body and spirit have to tell you.
